Samara Centre for Democracy is inviting you to host a group chat listening party to come together and discuss what democracy is and means for Canada. What better way to make a difference in how we do politics than by inviting a group of people together, whether it be your family, friends, co-workers or neighbours to discuss ideas and ask questions centred around strengthening civic participation.
How it works:
- Pull together some friends (neighbours, classmates, colleagues – whoever you like) and set a time and place to get together.
- Pick an episode that everyone listens to in advance.
- Come together, grab snacks, and use the prompts below to get the conversation flowing.
- Let us know where you’re hosting the conversation 📍 – drop us a line at hello@samaracentre.ca or tag us on social media @samaracentre.
